Melon Kinebi’s 5th collaborative single has been announced, title currently unknown. They will perform this single with a band called GOING UNDER GROUND, here is a picture of them:
Their official site has 4 members but their Wiki page has five members, so I decided to put a picture of their five member lineup. They were named “GOING UNDER GROUND” because of a single, titled “Going Underground” from an English group called “The Jam’s”.
I haven’t been able to find a preview of their songs, but they seem to have been performing since 1991 and they have many singles released since then (21 singles and 8 albums), and they were inspired from an English band, which might mean they have some influences from them.
This is the 5th collaborative single, which might mean that Melon Kinenbi will release their own single next time, or they might continue this pattern some more (just a guess).
I will update with the title of the single when it is revealed.
The release date is set for 12/30.
